Waterville Airport is located adjacent to the town of Waterville in Douglas County at 2,640 feet above sea level. The single asphalt runway is 3,060 feet long and 50 feet wide. Visual aids include a windsock and rotating beacon along with lights on the runway edge and runway threshold. The airport property is zoned industrial. Tie-down and hanger lots are available for lease.

Waterville Airport is currently home to two businesses. Johnson Air Service provides some FBO services and aerial spray applications for the surrounding agricultural community. Barnes Welding is a local welding and muffler shop that provides services for the local agriculture community. Agriculture is the primary industry in Douglas County.

Waterville itself offers small-town eating and shopping opportunities, along with a museum of historical artifacts. The town has several restaurants as well as overnight accommodations at the historic Waterville Hotel
